GROUP STORE FAQ
WHAT TYPES OF GROUPS CAN HAVE A GROUP STORE?
Any type or size of group can set up a Group Store, including sports teams, businesses, organizations, schools, hospital units and more. Group Stores have a 15-piece minimum order.
HOW LONG DOES THE ENTIRE PROCESS TAKE?
The Group Store process typically takes approximately 4–5 weeks from start to finish.
Part 1 — Store Setup: Once you provide your product selections and design preferences, allow approximately 7 business days for us to prepare your custom store.
Part 2 — Live Store: Your store will typically remain open for 1–2 weeks, depending on your group's preference.
Part 3 — Production: Once the store closes and all orders are submitted, allow approximately 3 weeks for production.
WHAT DOES THE 15-PIECE MINIMUM MEAN?
The 15-piece minimum refers to 15 items ordered — not 15 people.
A “piece” means one item ordered, and your group can mix different apparel styles to reach the minimum.
For example: One person orders 1 T-shirt + 1 hoodie, and another person orders 2 crewnecks. That's 4 pieces total toward the 15-piece minimum.
HOW MANY PRODUCTS CAN WE OFFER?
Group Stores can typically include up to 8 different product styles. Need more? Specific requests can be accommodated depending on your group and the products selected.
HOW DO WE CHOOSE APPAREL STYLES AND COLOURS?
Browse our website to find styles you'd like to include in your Group Store, or let us know if you're looking for something specific that isn't currently listed. We can source items such as specific jackets, vests, hats and other apparel upon request.
HOW DOES SIZING WORK?
Most of our apparel styles are unisex and include a size chart so each member can select the best size for them. Some styles may have different sizing options, which will be noted on the product.
DO YOU CREATE THE DESIGNS FOR US?
Yes! Every Group Store includes custom design support. We'll create designs specifically for your group based on your logo, colours and preferences.
CAN WE USE OUR OWN TEAM OR GROUP LOGO?
Absolutely! You can provide your existing logo for use on your Group Store. For the best results, logos should be provided in high-quality, print-ready format. Vector files are preferred when available.
DOES EACH PERSON ORDER AND PAY INDIVIDUALLY?
Yes! Each member orders and pays directly through your Group Store.
This allows everyone to order on their own time and choose their own sizes, colours and quantities without the group coordinator having to collect orders or payments.
Once the store closes, orders are produced together and shipped or delivered as one group order.
CAN WE ADD NAMES OR NUMBERS?
Yes! Names, numbers and additional placement options can be added to products. Additional pricing may apply depending on the customization requested.
HOW DOES DELIVERY AND DISTRIBUTION WORK?
For orders over $150, complimentary group shipping is available. Orders are shipped together to the address of your choice and arrive individually packaged and alphabetized for easy distribution.
Local Lethbridge delivery or pickup is also available.
CAN SOMEONE STILL ORDER AFTER THE GROUP STORE CLOSES?
Yes! Additional items can still be produced after a Group Store closes. These orders will be subject to individual shipping costs or local pickup arrangements.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DON'T REACH 15 PIECES?
The 15-piece minimum is required for standard Group Store pricing. If your group does not reach 15 pieces, a production/setup fee will apply based on the final number of pieces ordered:
- 1–5 pieces: $60 fee
- 6–10 pieces: $50 fee
- 11–14 pieces: $40 fee
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY FOR GROUP STORE ORDERS?
Because Group Store items are custom and produced specifically for your group, standard returns and exchanges are not offered.
